Truly disappointed

Don’t waste your money on this service. Although the microwave/oven combo that I had shipped overseas was sent in its original box, with its original protections, it arrived completely damaged and doesn’t work properly. My experience is that they do not take care of the parcels during their multiple transits. These are not manipulated with care. Whether or not you do a good job at protecting your goods, there will be damages involved.
