except for 11-22 days service that I totally wont approve of (used it once got nearly 26 days to get there) this 2-5 days service is good always get there on time ! I mean 2-6 days they better say ! as a couple of times my items passed 5 days!

Dhl in Greece is the worst

Took the parcel only 4 days from Dallas Texas to arrive in Greece and took Dhl 10 more days to take it through customs and deliver it, a total of 14 days and an extra 50$ . So much for 3-5 days delivery

Hi Thanasis
The Customs clearance process is not part of the transit time of a package. The transit clock stops while it is going through clearance.
All shipments that are imported into any country are subject to Customs and Duties

According to manifest 5 days pick up to delivery US-Korea. Haven't talked to recipient yet. No problems, very happy.
