Terrible Service!!

This has been the must frustrating experience I've had trying to send a package. It is now two weeks after the package was supposed to be delivered, and it has still not been received by the person I am sending it to. I have been emailing back and forth for the past two weeks and somehow no one has been helpful and the package is still "on hold". I will not be using this service again.

The parcel has been in the UK for over 10 days and was unable to be delivered as it had an attempt and the receiver need to contact the shipping company to get this delivered . We have advised you this.
I see that it is out for delivery today so i guess that the receiver has made contact
