All Broken bad service

Hello Víctor. I dont think what to expect from your service. First my order was missing and I got it too late. And then I receive it with all my hookah glasses broken (again). This is not problem of my vendor I hope you got responsable of this and give me a solution.

This was the first time I used Parcel Monkey and through them USA Express International. My small parcel to the U.K. was picked up from my front door and delivered within 5 days. Tracking was easy to follow, price was great. Exceeded my expectations.
