Shipment worked out perfectly from USA to UK with Parcel Monkey. We had seven boxes and the price was half with PM than what others (FedEx and UPS, etc) were quoting me. Getting the labels was super easy - just needed to print and affix - and everything was picked up and delivered with no problems. We even had to make a weight amendment to s box, because we entered it wrong the first time, but PM got it sorted with no problem and immediately. Would definitely use them again.

Great Customer Service from Parcel Monkey. Package delivery was delayed by 2 days, but it was a Customs hold. It is really frustrating to see how Indian customs delays release of packages, that Parcel Monkey or DHL do not have control over.
Tip: If you are sending electronics to India please be ready for a high customs duty. It is no longer 14% import duty in India on electronics. Since April 2017 India started imposing 35- 40% customs duty on electronics.
