I will never use Parcel Monkey again. I chose to use Parcel Monkey instead of USPS because I was looking for expedited delivery yet my package still has not been delivered after 10 days when I paid for 3-5 day shipping.

The shipment arrived into Greece within the 2-5 days , however is on hold for Customs in Greece awaiting your customer to make contact
Once this is done the shipment will be delivered

Parcel Monkey Web Site is Unreliable

The Web site implies promises that the service doesn't deliver. For international transit, create a contents sheet -- ask PM for the template. Keep this as backup, and attach a copy to your shipment. Customs can hold up delivery for a full month!

Your shipment reached the UK in good time but was held by customs for some more information that they needed to clear the shipment.
