First Time User of Parcel Monkey

First time user and I think it's a good concept. A couple of suggestions starting with improving the instructions and chat on your web site which are not the best. I had a question about how to have a package picked up, sent a chat and got a response two days later. In the meantime a Fed Ex guy showed up to pick up the package.
Bottom line our friend in England received the package, we paid a lot less than other services. I will use Parcel Monkey again ...

It's quick, cheap, and very convenient. Delivery time was fast, (shipped from US to UK), and I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be using this again in the future.

This company has taken a bashing but the price was the best and an international (US to UK) Christmas parcel took precisely one business week to get from door to door... full marks and thank you for your fantastic service!!!
