Hard to be as fast as advertised but still decent

Rated as 2-5 days but since it goes via fedex ground to the courier that's 3 days already, but after that it was pretty fast. I think 8 days (inc weekend) to Australia.

I needed to send a very large box from New York to Germany. I was afraid that it was going to cost several hundred dollars via USPS or UPS. I found Parcel Monkey through a Google search and decided to give it a shot. Shipping cost was less than half of what the traditional services would have charged and the box arrived safely in a week. Online tracking was spot-on. I am SO impressed. Highly recommend!

Bad Service

Package didn't get delivered by ParcelMonkey to the courrier for weeks until we followed up to complain. Still trying to get our money back after weeks of waiting...
