To be absolutely honest, I was apprehensive about using Parcel Monkey after reading some of the negative reviews.
I am so glad I decided to try them anyway. Price was about 1/3 of any other shipping service, and it got from pick up at a residence in Utah (USA) to my house in southern Japan in 8 days! Tracking was detailed and updated often. I will definitely use them again.
