Worst service ever! People have no idea what they are doing. Have spoke to 4 different people they give stupid responses that do not answer your question. They sent FedEx to pick up package without providing label. Got run around of getting label to even print. FedEx had to come twice because they didn't send me label. They got the package at their facility, have had it over a week and still not sent out for destination. They can't provided tracking nor did the know they had package. Even though they are ones who provided first label that has tracking on it confirming they got it. Now no one knows where package is.

I am sorry some of the items have been broken - Unfortunately this can happen with International Shipping. You can file a claim through our insurance provider.

It was positive, however over the years, it's service has downgraded itself, and the latest has been a case where i spoke with an agent name richard who was very rude to me when it came to my issue with a service called Trakpak, and my issue was with Trakpak, and their failure to state trakpak doesn't use liquids, richard in his limited wisdom decided to say that PM doesn't allow liquids, my case was exclusively about Trakpak and why they didn't put no liquids allowed for trakpak service, they must improve customer service.
