All the international parcels routed via our warehouse for X-ray and then it will handover to DHL.
Once it is done then you can get international DHL express tracking reference to track further. -

Parcel Monkey support is excellent. This was my first time setting up a shipment through them and they helped me out on a couple of things. People need to remember that Parcel Monkey is a service that helps find you the lowest price and sets up your shipment with whatever carrier you select. If there are issues with the package, etc., you need to contact the actual carrier.
