Despite two employees behind the counter wandering about there was a line if people mainly waiting for assistance to operate a copy or printer.
I asked if I could simply drop off my package and wax told to leave it on top of the FedEx supply desk and they would get to it when they had time.
This is a busy location and a lot of people come and go, it's also not such a great area if town with a few homeless individuals hanging around, the last thing I would do is just leave my package on top of the FedEx supply desk and hope one of the employees would pick it up.
I stood in line for about 4 minutes to hand it over and was then lectured by the employee for wrapping the return show box in paper.
