Scam beware
By Jimjo malaga on 08/01/2020
It's a scam ordered 2 boxes of 150lbs the carrier will not accept the 150.said it was.too heavy so reduced it to 90 and 80 still wont accept saying still too heavy they took the 80lbs but made us rebox the 90lbs and asked for payment on extra box now after all that missed they created parcel monkey will not do anything saying i used the 150lbs label. And now i have extra charges on my account. unfortunately fed ex do not log anything if there is a label on the box already so you guys be careful and do not use the 150lbs fed ex do not ev3n accept 150 and they will make you rebox then make you buy another box. Short story short do not they have a great price here but for heavy stuff fed ex drop off is like this o e responding like a robot no wonder fed ex is about to file bankruptcy.

Hi Jimjo,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced in this case.
As you have previously been advised, FedEx reported that the weight for each of these parcels was 150 lbs and this order was invoiced based on this information. Unfortunately, without any verifiable evidence that the weight recorded by FedEx is inaccurate, we are unable to dispute the charges with FedEx.
Please remember that Parcel Monkey is a price comparison service, not a courier. Since we do not handle your goods we must rely on the information provided by our courier partners as they are the ones handling the shipments.
Please note that when you purchase a label through Parcel Monkey, it is a prepaid label based on the dimensions provided at the time the order was booked. As stated during the booking process, if the parcel dimensions are larger than declared, added charges will be passed by the courier based on the actual dimensions recorded by the courier.
Kind regards,
Tasha -
