The UPS location is always easy to use as opposed to The UPS Store, which is much closer but usually a hassle.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY

Charged me over double original shipping for a supposed extra 1 inch, which was inaccurate. Then basically wanted my word against yours because there's no way for me to take good picture of a 20" long box with the shipping label legible. Highway robbery. I give your company a lot of my money but will do my best to change that. YOU SUCK.
