I am very upset because I loved ups before and parcelmonkey but this time they left me with no option but have my k1 visa documents delivered to the wrong address…… a fault of the visa company I hired not telling me ups cannot ship to a PO Box. UPS decided to correct the shipping info without speaking to me saying parcelmonkey authorized it. No where did anyone fill me in on this ended up going to the wrong address. I have contacted parcel money and ups personally no one could help me change it to the right address…… overall I am very dissatisfied with the service I was given. I just hope the documents make it to the right place eventually and without to much delay

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues with your K1 visa documents.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, and it looks like the system failed to flag this because “P.O.” was entered as “P.0.” instead. We attempted to request a correction with the courier, but since it was a new address rather than a minor correction, an alternate address Intercept cannot be processed via phone or email for this shipment.
We understand how important these documents are and regret the inconvenience this has caused. We hope your documents reach the right place soon and without further delay. If there’s anything more we can assist with, please let us know.
