UPS mess it up yet again!

Most couriers suck lately. Wishing that I’d used USPS for this now as it only came from 1 state over and it seems the extra money I spent is now wasted and I have a bunch of hassle today to try to locate the lost package. I followed the delivery with the UPS App, seeing that it was “in my area” for many hours going around in circles on the truck while they make other deliveries in my neighborhood, and then at 8:39pm (which is getting towards the end of the driver’s shift for the day) I get a message delivered notification and text. But of course, nothing on my Ring camera, no delivery made at all. So now I have to try to search for my box around my neighborhood to see if they mis-delivered it to the wrong address because they also did not include a photo on the “proof of delivery” page. Terrible service.
