Delivered to wrong address, and needing to sign was untrue. Otherwise good.

The price, speed, and sending experience were all great. The receiving experience was quite bad. They delivered to a neighbor. Luckily, we found the box and carted it back home.
UPS emailed the day before saying we needed someone to sign upon delivery (within a 5-hour window). But it seems this was not true, if they got the wrong house.
This was frustrating because we would be satisfied with miniscule fixes to their system, if they double-checked addresses and had a coordinated system so that emails, the website, and the delivery person agreed on whether signatures were required. (UPS made billions in profit last year and can surely afford a few programmers to clean up their codebase. Their package tracker reported a different deliver window from the email they sent.) Also, if they could make their delivery time windows significantly narrower, that would save a lot of time waiting at home for a doorbell. Also, they should report their "proof of delivery" photos with GPS geotags.Parcel Monkey replied on 21/06/2024
