Add expenses after the shipment

Add expenses after the shipment with no explanation but add charges for for weight and size but not which one or what was different that what the shipper come up with. the amount of up charge was 2/3 of what the initial cost was this is not acceptable.

Just way faster than expected. And of course, door to door.
Sorry I needed to track later and parcel monkey did NOT want to give me tracking. Because if you can only track through their site they seem much more useful. Anyway you’re probably better just burning your luggage.Parcel Monkey replied on 22/05/2024

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Sent a small, 4 lb package from Denver to Tennessee and UPS had the nerve to try to charge $83 for a shipment that was quoted as $11! Avoid this service at all costs.
UPDATE: Though Parcel Monkey claims to have responded to this, they have in fact not done anything to resolve the issue. And their "live chat" was unavailable during the time they supposedly were online.Parcel Monkey replied on 22/05/2024
