Absolute scam. Sent a small, 4 lb package from Denver to Tennessee and UPS had the nerve to try to charge $83 for a shipment that was quoted as $11! Avoid this service at all costs.
UPDATE: Though Parcel Monkey claims to have responded to this, they have in fact not done anything to resolve the issue. And their "live chat" was unavailable during the time they supposedly were online.Parcel Monkey replied on 22/05/2024

On-line form was easy to use and I needed to speak (used on-line chat) with customer service also and very helpful. Definitely will use their service again.
