I will never use this service again. Every breakable item in the box was shattered but for 1. Clearly, no care was taken with the box. I was also charged a 'brokerage fee' by UPS, which has never happened before when shipping personal items into the UK. The customer service was also terrible. I was charged £93 on top of what I paid to actually ship the box. Purportedly for general customs charged and the brokerage fee. I repeatedly asked what this charge constituted and did not receive any helpful information. I finally gave up and just paid it.
