EXPEDITED WORLD WIDE SHIPPING??? NOT!!

I shipped my package at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon.. I paid for worldwide expedited shipping which should have taken three or four days at the most to the Dominican Republic...
I kept tracking the package daily and once it reached Louisville KY..it sat there in the UPS warehouse for 4 days until I sent a complaint email to UPS questioning why it wasn't getting moved through the system ..
They were supposed to reply within 24 hours which they never did and finally the package a day and a half later started to move again..
I feel that they owe me some sort of refund or compensation for the fact that I paid a good amount of money for Expedited shipping and delivery.. and they didn't follow through..

This tine it was very fast and reliable--amazing service (vs. last time when it took a month and 1/2 and I thought I might get a refund. Never did.
