Really easy and good to use! I found them when looking for options of sending packages overseas to a dear friend in Scotland. The package arrived safely and timely! I've used Parcel Monkey twice, and will be coming back!

Bad experience on July 7 with UPS new staff members

July 7, 2024 around 5pm, my experience was bad with the new staff members. They were unhelpful. Usually I went to the store and they (old staff members) helped me with printing labels and documents related to my package and charged for service fees and they have their store email address for it (other ups stores do that too). The new guys both supervisor and trainee refused and said something like I wanted free service. That was rude! They didn’t even know how to print label from my phone, showed them. They should be able to do so. They asked me to use one of the computer to print even label. They need to be trained a bit more before meeting customers.
