The package sent contained free trade samples for opinions on manufacturing them. UPS decided to determine they were a purchase and charged duties and taxes. When it was brought to their attention they replied with "That is just how the package was cleared". No surprise that UPS operates the same way overseas as they do here at home. Just remember they are never wrong no matter what mistakes they make.

Great Shipping Service US to UK

I found Parcel Monkey on a whim. I was searching for reasonable shipping prices from US to the UK. I tried the post office but I felt the rate was higher than the contents of the package and I wanted to shop around. I was able to find the best price on UPS Expedited Worldwide Shipping (which I felt very secure using). The creation of the label was simple and easy, I printed the label and corresponding customs documents, and drop-off was also a breeze. Overall, I had a great experience using Parcel Monkey and will absolutely be using it again in the future.

The entire process was so easy. Parcel Monkey's website is very user friendly and made finding the best international shipping a breeze. I received the shipping label and customs documents almost immediately. Then I just took the package to my local UPS store and dropped it right off. The whole thing took just a few hours. It was great. I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again.
