Love this service. I was able to send staff to my sister in Korea! at a affordable price. I was not sure if this was going to get lost or not a trustful website, but got all my expectation reached. Very trustful and quick and easy, just make sure you read instructions.

Absolute worst shipping in 20 years of doing business. I paid shipping and all fees - yet UPS accidentally made a mistake and didn't deliver it to the UK. They are shipping it back to me in the US now and charged me fees AGAIN.
UPS sent me an email ADMITTING they messed up, and I have evidence of everything in writing. You have taken my package, my money, my fees (twice) and you have not resolved this. It's so unjust - that I am talking to my legal team about this.
