A little clunky

Not sure where the miscommunication was but somewhere my address was incorrectly processed which delayed delivery substantially and it would be helpful if the brokers could add the import or Customs charges incurred at the destination port to the original shipping quote. Even a predicted charge so as not to appear as an extra or hidden cost

Shipments delayed because of customs

Ups shipping was delayed but finally was delivered 6 days late because of customs.
