The best courier service ever. My package arrived on time to the UK from the US. Great tracking also. Highly recommend.

I paid for expedited service for a package to be delivered before Christmas, and the package was delivered on January 9.

Arrived safely in a reasonable time without hassle, complication, confusion nor delay. Which is always appreciated. However, this is not a reflection of the
couturiers, staff nor services provided. Would not allow me to insure actual value, waited till last step to make this known, didn’t meet the stated expensive delivery time frame of which was intended to justify the cost, could’ve gotten this done for $70 as opposed to $140.. so I’m not sure I will choose ups again by choice anyway unless the device justifies the cost. I’ll be submitting a formal letter to discuss this more in depth as I’d like to better understand what options may be available in this circumstance I may not had been aware of.
