Good delivery experience to the USA

I was not sure how to send my package from the Netherlands to the USA. ParcelMonkey guided me through the process .My only challenge was knowing who should complete the customs information and ensuring they were properly completed. My delivery arrived to its destination within 1 week. The recipient was kept informed with the shipment status.
