I paid more money sending with UPS to India ($125 USD), yet when it arrived in India, they held it for some time, and charged him another ($7,850 rupess) or US $90, charging him HOLDING fees, and such. ... WOW

EXPEDITED WORLD WIDE SHIPPING??? NOT!!

I shipped my package at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon.. I paid for worldwide expedited shipping which should have taken three or four days at the most to the Dominican Republic...
I kept tracking the ... package daily and once it reached Louisville KY..it sat there in the UPS warehouse for 4 days until I sent a complaint email to UPS questioning why it wasn't getting moved through the system ..
They were supposed to reply within 24 hours which they never did and finally the package a day and a half later started to move again..
I feel that they owe me some sort of refund or compensation for the fact that I paid a good amount of money for Expedited shipping and delivery.. and they didn't follow through.. -

Arrived safely in a reasonable time without hassle, complication, confusion nor delay. Which is always appreciated. However, this is not a reflection of the
couturiers, staff nor services provided. ... Would not allow me to insure actual value, waited till last step to make this known, didn’t meet the stated expensive delivery time frame of which was intended to justify the cost, could’ve gotten this done for $70 as opposed to $140.. so I’m not sure I will choose ups again by choice anyway unless the device justifies the cost. I’ll be submitting a formal letter to discuss this more in depth as I’d like to better understand what options may be available in this circumstance I may not had been aware of. -
CD and Driver great, info poor

Customer service are responsive and the delivery driver is great. Everything inbetween was hard work to know what is going on. Parcel stuck in a warehouse for 2 weeks with little information. I had to ... continually contact the customer service to understand what was happening.

Sending a gift to my sister in Sweden and she had to pay $40 to be able to get it delivered. I don't know what was included in that amount, but it's wrong.

I’m really sorry to hear about the unexpected charge your sister faced. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially when you’ve clearly marked it as a gift. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over customs fees, as these are set by the local government and are outside of ... our or the courier's control. Declaring something as a gift doesn’t always exempt it from these charges. We genuinely wish we could do more to help in these situations.
