My package appears to still be at the usps office that we left there on the 31st of October. Today is November 5th This is the second time Ive had trouble with the postal service.

dropped the package to be delivered on October 16th. It did not leave until October 21st. Why did it sit there so long before being picked up??? Now I have to try and explain to my customer why she isn't getting her purchase for awhile yet.
